At Noor Oils & Colors, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be processed.

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility

We only accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, leaked, or defective upon delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product is expired or unusable at the time of delivery

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Clear photo or video proof is required

Requests without valid proof or submitted after the 48-hour window will not be considered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or replacements will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Opened, used, or tampered products
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Discounted, promotional, or sale items

3. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

  • A replacement of the same product will be issued
  • Processing time: 3–7 working days
  • No additional charges for valid claims

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered as a standard practice
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., item unavailable), a refund or store credit may be issued
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to return the product if requested
  • Shipping cost responsibility:
    • Covered by us if the issue is verified as our fault
    • Covered by the customer in other applicable cases

7. Important Conditions

  • Requests after 48 hours of delivery will be rejected
  • Claims without valid proof will be rejected
  • All cases are subject to inspection and approval
